In March I'll be attending women's conference called Hope Spoken.
It's a conference that will be held in Dallas for women (not just bloggers).
Here's a description of the conference...
Hope Spoken is a women's conference where we all can come to know Jesus more, and make Him known in our lives. Our conference will be filled with stories. Stories of Christ in each of our lives, and how we can use these stories for His glory. This is a weekend to rest and feel His love, to lay burdens and hurts down and feel His grace. We want to let women know that they are enough, to encourage women to use their passions, their words, and their creativity for the Lord. We, above all else, want to glorify Jesus' name and share the hope we have in Him.
I am so honored to be one of the small group leaders over the weekend!
They initially started out with 200 tickets and those have now sold out.
Since there are more women who were wanting to come they are in the process of adding more tickets.
If you're interested in coming head over to hopespoken (dot) org for more details.
Today they are having a link up for the women who have already purchased their tickets.
Link ups are on Casey, Danielle and Emily's blogs.
The purpose of the link-up is for everyone to introduce themselves.
Hope your Wednesday has been a great one!
For those of you stopping by from the link-up...hi!
My name is Ashley and I blog here at The Vanilla Tulip and am @thevanillatulip on Instagram.
I am married to my best friend Travis (of almost 7 years!) and a
mama of four little ones who are five and under (only the girls are pictured here),
- something that you are little timid or nervous about for the weekend-
As silly as it may sound the only thing I'm more nervous about for the weekend
is leaving my babies :)
I'm not a big fan of being away from them for long periods of time.
I love having them with me!
- something that you are hoping to take away from HopeSpoken
Blogging and social media is a funny thing.
Never in a million years would I have thought that I would
have met some of my dearest friends through blogging/instagram.
I'm excited to squeeze some necks and spend some time with these girls.
I'm hoping to come away refreshed and encouraged as a wife and a mom from this weekend.
And I'm beyond excited to see how the Lord will
use this conference for His good and to make His name known!
- share something fun/random about yourself
+Sleeping in hotel beds grosses me out.
I always have to bring my own blanket and pillow.
+I could eat mexican for every meal (with a Dr. Pepper).
