Weekend

The weekend has been a good one.
It feels like we're finally starting to figure out our new "normal".
Yesterday we made a quick day trip to the city to get a little shopping done.
Our first trip with all four.
It went surprisingly well!
Trav's parents were so gracious and watched the big three
while we did the majority of our errand running.
It was an unexpected and fun date with my guy and tag-along Eloise :)

This morning we took Eloise to church for the first time.
It felt so good to be back with our church family!
Our church family deserves a post all to themselves...
the generosity and kindness they have shown our family
since Elle has been born has been overwhelming.
Meals upon meals have been brought to us.
And the gifts. Oh the gifts.
So so blessed.

Hope your weekend was a good one.
Lots of fun announcements and giveaways happening on the blog this week and the beginning of next.
Can't wait to share them with you!

How was your weekend?

  7. Your kids look so sweet! And what a wonderful blessing to have a church family. We have recently moved to a new area and its hard to find a church and get connected. So I am missing it right now! I enjoy following your blog. I'm new to all this blogging but I love it. I'd love for you to check mine out :)
