Every year December 1st sneaks up on me and I'm always disappointed that I didn't think to plan ahead!

So this year I am planning ahead!
I'm still not 100% how I am going to make it.
I DO know that for each day I want to have...
*An ornament that has to do with Luke 2.
Last year I had Emma memorize Luke 2.

Last year I had Emma memorize Luke 2.
I thought it would be fun to make
some little ornaments that would tie into the chapter.
A star, shepherds, donkey, Mary, Joseph, etc.
I want to make 24 ornaments.

We'll hang them all on their own special Christmas tree.

Plastic Christmas mugs, Christmas rubber stamp set, Christmas window stickers, etc.

ReplyDeleteWe've never done it, but like you- it always sneaks up on me! But I am determined to make it happen this year. Just still figuring out what I want to do. I wanted to make something that we'd use year after year, but I am starting to think that maybe this year just do something quick and easy-non permanent- and make mine for next year in January! ;)
ReplyDeletethose pails are so cute! :)
ReplyDeleteThat's it! I'm going for it! I've wanted to every year since Aiden Gray was 2 and it's totally happening this year. I'm gonna make one and linky back to this post if that's cool which you. :) Thanks for the inspiration!
